Silkscreen, became widespread in the twentieth century, is an improved variety of slotted stencil that was used in decorative painting of walls and fabrics. Therefore the name "silk screen" in the printing industry supplanted more accurate term - "Screen Printing" or "mesh screen printing".

The advantage of screen printing besides of brightness, durability and color stability

to environmental effects, is that you can order packages in small number (from 100 pieces.), with printing from one to four colors.
