Term of manufacturing of the order depends on congestion of capacities and - makes 10-14 calendar days from the date of advance payment receipt into the manufacture account.

For order start in manufacture are require:

signed contract;

the model of a package approved by yourself;

prepayment - 50% of the contract.

• Delivery in Dnepropetrovsk to the warehouse/shop of the customer is carried out during the day (free of charge);
  
• Production can be delivered to any region of Ukraine at the expense of customer by the companies-carriers within 1-2 days to the warehouse of company;
  
• By agreement production can be delivered to any settlement of Ukraine by the companies-carriers under "the door-door" scheme.
  

• Models are accepted in formats *.cdr (CorelDraw) and *.ai (Adobe Illustrator);
  
• Images of raster formats should be connected and placed in a separate directory;
  
• Fonts in a model should be executed in curves and additionally recorded in a separate directory;
  
• Fonts can be both standard True Type, and standard Type1;
  
• On an electronic model to apply a color printout with the approved colors for pantone «PANTONE Solid Coated»;
  
• The minimum area of a raster element of 3%;
  
• The minimum size of a reproduced font in a model is 4 pt;
  
• The minimum size of a reproduced stroke is 0,05 mm;
  
• The minimum size of a point of 0,2 mm.
  

1) Extruder blows a sleeve from polyethylene granules in which we add the dye ,that defines in further a background of package;
2) Flexography draws the print with the help of cliche (if it’s necessary). Depending on the complexity of drawing, we will use 4-, 6- or 8- color flexography;
3) Machine, which produces packages, from dyed polyethylenes leeve makes the package that we need. On this stage, loop or rigid handle attaches to the package, if it’s necessary.

• Minimum number of packages: from 100 kg of products (approximately from 3.000 pieces);
  
• Used polyethylene: LD, HD, LD+HD;
  
• Thickness of the used film: from6mcm up to 150 mcm;
  
• Minimum size of the package: 13х13 сm;
  
• Maximum size of the package: 90х120 сm;
  
• Allow able number of drawing colors: full color.
